Changes to Your Appointment

We understand things can change due to unforeseen circumstances. With at least 24 hours advance notice via telephone, bookings can be rescheduled.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or do not attend a booked appointment a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.

If you are Running Late

If you are delayed, we kindly request you inform us by telephone as soon as possible. We will still conclude at the scheduled finish time.
